Shipping & Returns
We do our best to process the order as soon as possible. However, the time of the delivery varies depending on the destination country.
❀ Orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein :
Once your order is shipped, it is delivered by the Swiss post within 2-3 business days with standard economy shipping, and 1-2 business days with priority shipping.
❀ Orders to other European countries :
We ship only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein from this site.

Which shipping options you offer and what are the prices?
The following shipping options are available:
Standard shipping economy - 2 business days
For packages between 0 and 2 kg - CHF 7
For packages between 2.1 and 5.0 kg - CHF 9
For packages between 5.1 and 10 kg - CHF 10
Priority shipping - 1 business day
For packages between 0 and 2 kg - CHF 9
For packages between 2.1 and 5.0 kg - CHF 11
For packages between 5.1 and 10 kg - CHF 12
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free standard economy shipping for orders above 75 CHF.
Can I return a product?
We offer full refund on any items that is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused by the fault of the third party or customer own fault cannot apply for refund.
We offer full refund when the item is missing or faulty after investigation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
❀ Refund of sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange a product?
We usually replace items, if they are defective or damaged. However, if you need to exchange a product another one, please contact us by sending us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with the steps to follow. Please note that in this case you will be responsible for both returning and new shipping fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Can I change the order once it is placed?
If you have already placed an order and wanted to change it, please contact as at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. From our side, we will do our best to make the change possible and adapt the order to your preferences. However, if the order is already shipped, it is not possible to change it.
